Oliver Hoare is a founding partner of Dysart Solutions a Cyber security consultancy dedicated to assisting governments, corporations, and critical national infrastructure. In career spanning over 25 years Oliver has held a number of permanent and advisory cyber security roles in the public and private sectors, perhaps most notable as Cyber Security Adviser to the UK Cabinet Office, Chief Information Security Officer for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Adviser to Japanese government for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Strategic Adviser to the Rugby World Cup and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
